Multiple A's

Welcome

The local swap group I am had, for the April Challenge, the letter A!

I have lots of A’s on this card, some the complements of DGD’s vivid imagination, so here goes….

An Accurate image of an Aluminium (coloured) Aeroplane, gaining Altitude against an Azure sky amongst Airy Clouds, layered on an Apple green card base….

I think I may have managed a few A’s there!

The background is brushed with Catherine Pooler Something Blue ink,

The stamp (now discontinued, (by Kiwistamping)  was silver embossed on white card, coloured with a silver pen, then fussy cut..

The greeting I layered up using blue mirror card over white, is an old Ellen Hudson die, the clouds, are an old Whimsy die set - both sets are discontinued

I was definitely stash busting on this card!

  3. It's a great masculine card Maxine, the silver of the plane works well against the blue and well done on getting so many 'A's.

  10. What a perfectly wonderful card, Maxine. Right now, I'm on a trip with my parents. Dad (a retired Air Force Colonel) is 92 now, and he still has his flying privileges, still flies, and still teaches Civil Air Patrol - teaching teenagers how to fly. It's his joy; and it's been such a big part of his (and our) lives for so long. His days are numbered now, but I'm always thinking of Dad when I see a plane like this. Thanks for sharing this with us at Word Art Wednesday, Maxine. I appreciate you so much.
