Welcome,
Another short post - mainly as I think these wee cards are 'self-explanatory'.
I made two this past Sunday afternoon, and it was wonderful to be back in my studio. I still have to be careful, but already I am feeling the benefits of the surgery.
Paper scraps and pearls - the image is a stamp, and the butterfly wings are gold, as are the sponged edges.
A textured scrap, with the verse stamped on tissue and glued on
A Word Art Wednesday verse on scraps of paper with some brads
Ribbon and rhinestones with a scrap of paper and verse, which ended up splashed with glitter glue, so I 'went with it' and used it as was.
Gold paint, sparkling purple butterflies, and colourful papers for a wee card for a child.
Paper from a purpose bought, second hand New Testament, over stamped with the feather and a verse stamped and coloured in like colours.
I am linking these to:
Thank you for visiting my blog - may your day be blessed.

Wow, Maxine! You've been very busy...Each of these cards are so wonderful especially with the inspiration of the Scripture. Thank you very much for the wonderful comments you left my Blog and for the latest one on the card I posted today. I haven't seen or heard of the book you told me about (Heavenly Man). I must confess that I'm not an avid reader. The truth is reading makes me sleepy...LOL You know, at one point, I tried to be a Bookworm but have not succeeded. I only read what I needed to even with my favorite Crafty books, I usually just look at the pics. Even that makes me sleep. However, I read the textbook we have for our Bible class and of course the Bible. I always admire those who can read for hours...Anyway, I will keep an eye on that book you mentioned and check it out. Anyway, one of our Pastors have wonderful message that I was awesomely blessed last Sunday and it's entitled "The Sovereignty of God." I encourage you to view it when you have the time. I think there's a Part 2 this coming Sunday. Here's the link that you can copy and paste to your browser:
