Elegant Rose

Welcome

I don't often use pink and green together, never mind adding maroon, 
but somehow it all worked for this card.
The patterned paper is from the Trim Crafts Botanical notes stack.


The focal point is this beautiful rose from Kiwistamping - one of my original stamps, which was coloured with water colours,


And liberally coated with Wink of Stella after being cut out with a S/B Elegant Rectangle die and sponged with Spun Sugar D.I.


I added a bow of satin ribbon,


a Cheery Lynn French Pastry die cut doily,


and a banner shaped sentiment panel, with the greeting white embossed,
 over a pink adhesive ribbon.  
The final details were some clear rhinestones.

    Wow, gorgeous Maxine! Beautiful flower image and that big loopy bow is stunning! I love the pops of the rich burgundy, great contrast against the soft pinks! hugs :)

    Hi Maxine. I think and pink and green are a perfect pair, and your rose panel is rally pretty. Sorry i have ,missed so many of your posts.     Fabulous in every way! This is actually one of my favorite color combinations (especially for holiday cards, believe that!) and it looks STUNNING on yours! That rose is super beautiful, and I love the addition of the doily - gorgeous!
