Hearts and a Butterfly

Welcome

This month's sponsor for a Bit More Time To Craft Challenge #29 is
Odd Ball Art,  I have used the image #317 in the Big Eyed Girl Series

I coloured her with Prismacolor pencils, and coated the hearts in the background with Glossy Accents to emphasize them.  I then cut the image out with an elegant S/B Labels One die.

I mounted this over some of Lozzy's lovely paper - this is one from the Elegant series of 12 patterns of paper.

I added a simple sentiment mounted on ribbon, and added a few heart sequins.

The butterfly is is  M/B die cut from metallic paper.

The beautiful paper by Lozzy was so pretty that I used some of it on the inside of the card.

  6. Fab pencil coloring on this young lady. (love her striped mitts). Perfect choice for the elegant S/B die to shape her pretty self, and the background paper is lovely! Adding the metallic color of the butterfly was a splendid pop of bright color and I like that you made the wings in the red, but had body in the softer kraft color. Splendid work on this pretty card.TFS & hugs

  8. The die cut frame is awesome and really fits this lovely lady, although I do have to say these big eyed girls always look sad to me. That butterfly is awesome and now I want to go cut some metallic butterflies. I also want some arm warmers like hers, but for fatter arms!

  14. Ooh Maxine I love your cutie. I never thought of using my Prismacolours to colour an image like this and now I will be having a go. What a lovely way to colour and so enjoyable too.
You have made a super job of her and the extras you have included, butterfly, diecut shape, backing paper, all ad to the overall loveliness of the card.
    Hugs, Neet xx
