Stencilled and Inlaid Anniversary

I am so glad you have come to visit, and I trust you enjoy your time here


I started this card by cutting a heart die out of card, and then using it as a stencil and blending Rich Plum ink through it - I was using sponges, and was not entirely happy with the outcome


The word cherish was cut out of gold glitter card and also from the card front, and the gold was then inlaid  into the card front.


This panel was then mounted over some maroon card, with a strip of gold glitter tape attached to the left hand side.

The inside was stamped using a now discontinued stamp in Delicata Golden Glitz ink


The edges of the white internal panel were also sponged with the plum ink

  12. What a great idea to use the negative part as a stencil....very creative. I like the outcome a lot....just a little grungy look to it paired with the gold cherish is a great look! So glad you shared this with us at PIP Challenges!
