A Different Type of Colouring!

Welcome

Not sure if this is 'offically' colouring, but it does colour my world...

I finished this on Saturday.. sans one button, which has escaped my knitting bag, and I will not be able to add it until after we are out of lock down.

A close up of the pattern - this is a Danish one I purchased online, called Bella.  by Lene Holme Sansoe.  The first time I have knitted from the yolk down.

And here is little Missy Moo, ensconced in her seat on the back of her mother's bike, wearing it. They did a 'ride by' to show me.  I deliberately knitted it longer than the measurements so hopefully she will get two winters out of it.

  7. A lovely piece of knitting Maxine. It makes a change for you something other than a card. I love the colour. It will brighten any winter day. I like the pattern too. When I went into a wool shop in Denmark while visiting my son, they could only offer patterns in Danish! Kate xx

How lovely of mum to bring her past your home to let you see her wearing it, and how happy and snug she must be wearing your lovely creation.
