A Corner Flip and a Rose

Welcome

The challenge for this months round of the small Card Swap group I am in was to make a card using the Corner Flip fold, and this is my result.

I altered the technique slightly, but the main fold is there...

For my focal panel I used a NBUS stamp set I recently purchased by Kiwistamping.  It was stamped using Memento London Fog ink and coloured with  Faber-Castell Polychromos

The sentiment was part of the set,  stamped in Memento Grape Juice ink

The inside was left blank other than the patterned paper backing the corner fold, which was from a Rosie's Basic Patterns pad.

  2. What a beautiful rose in these colours! And a special fold-card; I always like seeing them, hate making them myself (plus they are too thick for in my Art Journals)... Hope you have a good weekend!

  8. so beautiful Maxine. Love the way you did you cuts so the inside is so neat. Mine ended up with the inside a bit messy which I had to add some patterned paper over to tidy it up. It's such a fun fold for sure.
