Crochet Rose and other Flowers

Welcome, thank you for visiting.
We are home and sorted, and today I got into the studio and made this card.

I started this yesterday when I had to sit and wait for DH,  and made this crochet rose, and today I paired it with some green Prima roses.

I had an idea when I went to make this card, and this time it worked!!

I had originally envisioned this card being upright, but the scripture stamp dictated that it became horizontal.

The die cut was chosen so I could use the eyelets, which is a challenge put out to the members of a Splitcoast Stampers group, Stamp Addicts,  coming out of a discussion about unused stash, and we all had eyelets!

The butterflies added some balance...

And the paper lace just an extra feminine touch.  (oops, didn't see the rhinestone had slipped off centre from the glue dot!)
