Embossed Dots and Butterflies

Welcome

I ran a card class last week and this is one of the cards that I taught.

The idea of embossing the background cut-outs was well received, and each of the resulting cards was a little different, as the circles were adhered slightly differently.  There were  three different sized circles in each paper, and I encouraged them to use three inside, and six outside the card.

The large butterfly was cut in cardstock, and then cut and embossed with vellum, had liquid pearls added to the body, and layered onto the card.

Small butterflies were cut from the scraps of vellum and added around the card.

The sentiment was embossed and then die cut and sponged before being attached using foam dots.
