Welcome
I have wanted to share this card for some time, but could not as one of the recipients reads my blog regularly and would have realised it was intended for them.
I was inspired by this card on Pinterest, but I cannot attribute it to anybody, much as I have hunted for the creator of it.
The colours were inspired in part by the blue in the bridal party that the recipient had chosen. I chose to heat emboss the hearts, available from Kiwistamping, and interlocked them with a wee slot.
The background white I embossed with a couture creations folder, and then I added the paper lace hearts either side of that layer.
The sentiment was stamped inside the card, using a (retired) Layer of Color set of stamps.
The final details were the ten pearls - one for each year of their marriage.
