I Am Excited!!!

Welcome

It is with great excitement that I can share that I have been asked to be a Guest DT member for a short spell on Word Art Wednesday.

This is my first card, and the scripture is from Psalm 100:4

I die cut the verse with a s/b rectangle die, and sponged the edges  with Bamboo Leaves ink before removing it from the die, then mounted it onto a scalloped rectangle.

This was mounted over a panel I had made using the 'ink, spray, smash' technique that I learnt from MariLynn, aka  Missippi McGyver. The panel was edged with a doodle using a .25mm Micron pen in brown.

The gorgeous butterfly was one I received in a RAK from Grace at

and  was mounted over a white panel embossed with the s/b folder

The final detail was the wee bow, made with a scrap of ribbon, the tail end of a piece that came in the same package from Grace.

I am really happy with the outcome.
