Welcome
I had so much fun making this card - actually I think it may have made itself!!
I started with scraps on my desk - the yellow and purple, and embossed the yellow with a S/B Embossablities folder.
I then found a scrap of green paper in my promise box, and stamped and embossed the sentiment and frog - both Kiwistamping stamps.
These folks are responsible for my addiction to card making!!
The half doily is a Kaiser Craft stamp that I bought from a bargain bin at the Stamp Expo last year... and was NBUS until now :-) It was fussy cut after stamping
The cake plate is a Close To My Heart stamp - again NBUS - and I paper pieced it, and added some gold highlights with a Signo ball pen.
The frog was embossed with dark green ep, as was the sentiment, and then fussy cut.
Something was missing, and so I found this crown stamp in a (retired) Layers of Color set, gold embossed it and again fussy cut it.
Assembled the card and was happy with it, but for all that hesitated for some time to post it - I have since heard from the recipient that is is appreciated, and she loves HRH the frog!

Thanks s much for joining us with Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.
I can see you had fun gathering snippets to make this cutie! He just looks like having fun, and I love the bright yellow embossed background to show off His Royal Self. Adding in the purple & white doily for 'his throne' added another spark of color. Just cute as can be (and loving the sentiment too!). Hugs & TFS

Oddly enough I have a card that looks just like this on my bulletin board. The greeting really made me smile. Mostly I just sit. That thinking stuff is too much like work. My favorite part of the card though is that nice big crown the frog prince is wearing!
