Shimmer, Sequins and a Stencil

Welcome

Thank you so much for your well wishes regarding my DH - he is at home and recovering slowly.

This is a card is made with a stencil, rather than stamps for a change, but still using 'that' silver shimmer spray that you see so much recently, and some other silver touches.

The stencil is Bold Florals by ARTplorations, and I sponged it using Worn Lipstick and (I think) Fired Brick Distress Inks.  Before I removed the stencil, I sprayed it with the aforementioned silver shimmer spray.

The sentiment is an old Hero Arts stamp silver embossed onto the die cut, that was sponged before being removed from the S/B Floral Doily Accents die.

The finishing touches were some sequins and lace, and edges of  all the layers were wiped over the edge of a silver ink pad.

This view shows the shimmer on the card - I was very happy with how this turned out.
