Welcome
I would like to extend a warm welcome to my newest follower, Patrica Gomez. Please let me know if you too have a blog Patrica, so I may visit you.
This card was made for a young boy -
although I can think of several lasses who may appreciate this one!
The sentiment was stamped over a stencilled snippet of card, cut to a banner shape. The main panel of the card was splattered with blue ink as a start.
The frog was stamped, and coloured with my Prisma Color pencils before being cut from another snippet of card and adhered to the main panel, The reeds were stamped, and the die cut splash and water drops cut from a snippet of blue card, adhered and coated with glossy accents, as were the frogs eyes.
I stamped the bottom of the inside of the card with the same reeds I used on the front, using London Fog ink.
All the stamps, the stencil and die cuts were freebies from a magazine.
