Recycled!

Welcome

The original of this card was made some years ago, and then languished, as it was larger than a usual square card ... (I am sure it was a DT card, but I cannot find the post)

The image is a digi, and is on an old hard drive that I cannot currently access.  I had originally coloured it in pencil, and then had added WoS, but it had lost it's shine.  I was still happy with the decoupage element of the panel, so wanted to use it...

Surgery time!!

I cut down the original yellow base to a more manageable size, and curved the bottom right corner.
To restore the shine I painted the roses with Iridescent medium.

Having trimmed off the original Thanks sentiment, I then stamped and gold embossed a Happy Birthday sentiment on the feature panel, and then found some matching pearls to add to the curved corner

I then mounted the altered panel onto a deep blue cardstock with a shimmer to it, and layered two gold ribbons over the base to balance the card

I add some floral yellow washi to the inside, and rounded the corners on the right side of the card to tie in with the curved panel element.
