Welcome
Today's card is for the Word Art Wednesday new challenge.
This week we are being sponsored by CAS-ual Fridays, who are providing a $20 gift code
My card is a gate fold one, on a base of kraft card
I used paper from the Craftworks Oceania pack.
I love the coarse glitter on this sheet that reminds me of sand
The wonderful verse was printed, die cut with a S.B rectangle, and sponged with Broken China DI before being removed from the die. That was mounted on a scalloped rectangle of silver glitter card.
The only embellishments were a few clear rhinestones and some silver ribbon
The inside panel was sponged with ink before being adhered, and a snippet of the paper added.

simply delightful Maxine. So pretty
ReplyDeleteMagnificent verse Maxine, I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.... wonderfully satisfied or satiated in our God. Surely He lifts us our of the horrible pit and miry clay and sets our feet upon the solid Rock, and put a new ding in our heart even praise unto our Gd, that many may see and trust in Thee... as the psalmist put it.
ReplyDeleteLove the calming contrasts of turquoise and silver to share this verse too. Thank you. You’re a blessing.
Hugs, Shaz in Oz.x 😊

Wow Maxine, this card is just beautiful! I love the glitter, it does indeed look like sand. A gatefold card is always a fun one and I don't make them near enough. I also love the glitter paper mat you used under the scripture. Just a stunning card and color combo! Hugs, Brenda
