Welcome
It's time for another Challenge over at Word Art Wednesday, where our most generous sponsor this fortnight is
Pretty Pink Posh, with a $30 gift voucher for the winner.
I don't often make smaller or square cards, but this piece of very dark green card was sitting on my desk from another project, and it fitted the die cut beautifully, so here it is ...
After printing out the scripture, which is available free over at the blog site, I die cut it using one of the S/B Majestic Elements (Square) [discontinued]
I only added colour to the flowers and some of the leaves in the floral ends to the banner.
I then brushed some Memento Delicata Golden Glitz ink on the edges.
The ribbon is gold toned chiffon, that I used double on the base to give the better colour, and then tied the bow with a single layer.
I finished the inside with a strip of gold tape.

ReplyDeleteI don't make square cards much either Maxine, I love a square card, but they cost more to mail here in the states, so thus why I don't make them often. I love your card!!! The dark green base is so pretty with the yellow die cut that your scripture is on. Love this scripture and you have showcased it beautifully with this color combo. Hugs, Brenda
