Silver and Shimmer

Welcome

Yes another post - second in two days  :)
I know I can put this card up on my blog as the recipients don't read it.

This was a very simple card to make.  I took a sheet of white card and coloured it with
Cosmic Shimmer Pink Thistle Opal Polish - it's fascinating as sometimes it looks lavender, and in other lights, quite pink. This shows in some of the photos.

After embossing the panel using the S/B 3D embossing folder Floral Jewel, I heat embossed the sentiment in silver, and 'underlined' it with silver metallic bling

Added more of the bling on certain elements of the design.

And then tied a bow across the base of the card with a transparent ribbon with a wee bit of sparkle in it that picks up the surrounding colour.
When I mounted the coloured panel to the base, I popped some silver mirror card under two opposing corners for added sparkle.

I finished the inside with some beautiful shimmery washi tape

and also added some to the envelope.
