Welcome
I have been MIA as life, and family events, have taken precedence to blogging these past few days.
This card was quite simple to make - the paper is a trimming from one I downloaded and printed from TLC Creations called Dad's Honey Do Paper.
The image is from Digital Two for Tuesday, coloured with chalks.
The sentiment is embossed with a dark blue embossing powder, and the stamp is from Hero Arts.
A somewhat CAS card but I am happy with it.

May your day be blessed
Lovely to see you Maxine - your card is great - love that image - coloured so beautifully with the Chalks - perfect! {{{hugs}}}
ReplyDeleteI can see why you're "happy with it". I'd be more than happy, it's DELIGHTFUL! It takes me back to a much simpler time. That little boy just looks so sweet, peaceful and perfectly dapper sitting there holding that stick (or is it a flute)? I just LOVE this! Very simple but super vintage and cool. I absolutely ADORE this! Great job, Maxine, and thanks SO MUCH for sharing it in our challenge this week. We've had a blessed week, and I'm so glad that YOU are here to celebrate with us this week. I praise God for you, and I thank you for stopping by again to support us. Your art is always a treat, and your fellowship means more than you possibly know. May God bless you for your support, and happy scrapping as you continue to create!
ReplyDeleteHave a super blessed week, my dear friend.
