Welcome
I made this card starting with some scraps on my desk - the base had been previously embossed and then discarded, and the holey panel was a trial on using a new die.
The yellow panel was part of a crayon resist experiment,
and the ribbon was another 'reject' from a previous project.
The red paper I cut the flower from was also sitting on my desk, and I added oyster H2O paint before I removed the die, and a red jewel brad to the centre.
You can see in the above photo that the holey panel is cut from a glitter card - such a difficult task to try and get a good photograph of it.
I used another piece of the the yellow card to make a tag for the sentiment which is embossed using glitter embossing powder. A tiny butterfly and some silver doodling around the edge finished the project.

Great use of all your bits and bobs Maxine. And in answer to your question about the Neon inks... got a mini set of 4 neons through Simon Says. If you are ever wanting stuff.. let me know as I do an order about once every 4-6 weeks.
ReplyDeleteMaxine, I LOVE this! The holey panel is beautiful and just shines with all that glitter. Love the red and yellow combination too and the flower is awesome! Gorgeous, gorgeous card!
