Welcome
I wanted to make an anniversary card for a couple, and this is the result!
I started with another piece of the metallic tissue that I had made, and this time layered it over a deep pink card, and got a totally different 'look' to it.
I then stamped the sentiment in Versamark (it is only part of a stamp) and white embossed it.
The print really didn't stand out after the sponging with pink inks (I used two different ones, as one pad was a bit dry, and kept the darker tone directly over the words) so then I ironed off the embossing,
and was very happy with the result, added the sequins and was done.
The inside was decorated with a strip of washi tape.

ReplyDeleteWow! such a cool look with your tissue paper! One of those cards where they will say, "how did you do that?" Stunning!
ReplyDeleteSimply beautiful in the metallics and love the overlay of your vellum sentiment. Thanks for the tip to fix the 'invisible stamping', which has happened to me on many occasions. I'm not great with vellum. This is a gorgeous card, and I do want to try this technique. It's so lovely - well done. Hugs & TFS
