Transformation Into Patchwork

Welcome

And a special welcome to my newest follower Chriss, who has the most awesome blog here
Do pop over and say 'Hi' to her, and enjoy her wonderful work.

This card is for the new challenge over at  Word Art Wednesday

I die cut the verse, (M/B Stitched Rectangles) and then picked up some scraps off my desk, in a vain attempt at tidying it, and it all started there...

I arranged the various bits and bobs, which included off cuts from backgrounds, design paper and edges off a boo boo!

I added the faux stitching as an extra detail, some lace and a sole bright strip to take the eye to the verse,

Added some washi tape to the inner, and called it done!

  4. A lovely card again Maxine. I do like the dies that have the faux stitching on, gives a lovely finish to the shapes. But then you used other card to create a lovely patchwork effect and you included your own faux stitching to it - must compliment you on how neat it is. Much better than I would have done.
Thanks for the good wishes but not a favourable report from my appointment this morning - it has gone on too long for them to be able to do anything other than offer techniques for me to learn to manage the pain. I am heartbroken!
    God Bless, Neet xx
