Tea (or Coffee) and Best Wishes

Welcome

As promised - the card I made for the Word Art Wednesday challenge using the sponsors image.😊
Our sponsor is Stamp Simply Clear Stamps, who have donated an awesome prize for the winner.

I used the set Coffee or Tea Duo that has both the most elegant stamps and die cuts

I combined it with paper and cut outs from the Kaiser Craft Rose Avenue designer paper

Love this elegant cup, and the steam, tag and stamp are also from the Stamp Simply set,
stamped and edged in Memento Rhubarb ink.  I shaded the cup lightly with prisma color pencils

The stamp was also used with the rhubarb ink - I didn't realise that the dots on the paper were slightly 'plastic-y' and the ink did not adhere to them...

Loved that the sentiment was in the cut outs in the pad of paper.
once I was satisfied with the layout, and had assembled all the elements, I then mounted it over a piece of rose gold thin card, which really bought the whole card to life

The inside of the card was finished with some washi tape.

I am linking this to:

  27. I must confess I am not a pink person but I must remember the colour of this ink as it is delightful. I love rhubarb so am sure `i will remember.
As you say, that is one elegant cup. How lovely is that to use especially on a birthday card for a lady. I love the idea of how you stood it on a piece of lace. Very inspiring.
    Blessings, Neet xx
