Splattered Scripture

Welcome

The time has rolled around for another Word Art Wednesday Challenge, and this time we are sponsored by Pretty Pink Posh, with  $30 voucher to their store

I made a lot of backgrounds recently using brushos, and on this one I sprayed with a blue Lindy's spray to activate the brushos,  which you can see in some of the photos

The scripture was cut using some stitched 'hill' edge dies...

The ribbon accent includes purple and gold bakers twine, and also white and silver twine.  I kept it simple and twisted them a bit before tying them together with a reef knot.

The inside was finished with a small strip trimmed off the background.

  9. Love the wonky died you used for the script, the words sit perfectly upon it.
Reading how you used the baker's twine (what a great idea) I wondered if you had been in the Guide Movement at one time? I don't know why I should think someone who tied a reef knot had to be a Girl Guide but it did cross my mind.

  10. The background really is fantastic. I love the colours and the way it turned out. Working with brushos is a surprise every time. The text is awesome and it sits very nice upon the die.
