Today I am sharing a card for the new challenge "OneFor The Girls"
over at CCC Digi Challenge.

I coloured the image in chalks. Needless to say I used pinks, but added some purple under tones and shading.

The sentiment was also a digital one, a freebie shared by Paulette from TLC Creations, which I changed colour to deep pink and printed on pink card. I cut it using a S/B die from the labels 14 set, sponging some ink around it before I removed the die.

I sponged the same ink around the edges of the white panel, added ribbon and sequins and mounted it on the pink base. And remembered to 'gussy up' the inside too.

I have quite a few Stitchy Bear digis but I don´t recognise this one. Isn´t it just so cute?! I like the sentiment too. It is a bit different from the usual new baby ones. I must remember that! Altogether a lovely card. Kate xx
Ah, this is so pretty, and your touch with those chalks shows a delicate hand! (I didn't see any smudging here!). Love the subtle undertones you achieved on the pinks...and this is a beautifully sweet image as well. The sentiment is beautiful as well, and like the die you've framed it with, and the shading done here too. The tiny polka dots on the ribbon was a perfect accessory to this lovely card. TFS & Hugs
