Welcome.
Yes I am still playing with toilet paper
(aka loo paper in this corner of the world).
This time I decided to limit the amount of colour I used, which proved difficult.
No matter how much care I took, the ink seemed to splatter out of it's bounds - I eventually managed a reasonable impression, but I guess that is the risk one takes when playing with ink and water.
I added a die cut butterfly, with a drop of clear Kindy Glitz on it, to one corner of the embossed paper.
The damp loo paper embossed beautifully with all the layers I used this time - I know it was somewhere up in the 20's for this impression.
The sentiment was stamped and embossed, using the same die ink (Memento Tangelo) and Versamark ink, and clear ep.
For added interest I layered the white card over a stitched die cut circle, placed it over the corner of the card, and then trimmed it to the edges of the card.
I am pleased with how this card turned out.

Well Maxine, I could think of worse ways to use the loo paper but this is a better way,...Brilliant design, love those colours too. Have a lovely weekend.xx {aNNie}
A fun and different card, and even I´ve heard of this toiletpaper cards it´s the first time, I´ve actually seen one, but it looked pretty good thinking of how it´s made. I don´t dare think of, what it would´ve looked like, if I had tryed anything like this he he.
Thanks sooo much for joining the challenge here at Card and Scrap.
Very beautiful CAS card!

This is one of my favorite techniques, so much fun! You did a beautiful job with this card. Thanks so much for letting me know the video is hard to follow. I really need to know these things so I can start making videos for IndigoBlu. I do them on my phone and the tiny format is difficult to say the least!!! ;0 But with tips I hope to get better. Big hugs to you today and thanks for your support and encouragement. <3
Beautiful card! The impressions are perfect. Seems like you are having fun with loo paper. :)
Oh this is pretty. The orange & white are cool & tropical at the same time. The multiple layers of the tp really created quite a depth of embossing, that looks really good. I did go read the blog link you had provided earlier, and this sounds like something fun to try. The ink bleeding I think you are meaning, actually looks good with this effect (at least I think so). Adds to the 'created paper' effect. The EF you selected was a great choice in this look to add the 'orange slices' in the design. TFS & Happy wkend. Hugs
Ooh, that's really clever. I don't think I've seen that before but it gives an intersting effect. Love the way you've used the colour here.
Thanks for the step by step and tips. Yes always risky playing with inks and water but oh such fun! Thanks for sharing x
Thank you for sharing your talents with us over at Creatalicious. Love the card you have created. Great result. Perfect for our challenge. Hugs Nina

This is really cool looking and I love the bursts of orange especially in that butterfly. It looks like regular paper from the photo but I'll bet it makes you wonder what it is in real life.
This one is superb Maxine Just the right number of layers for a great impression
Your layers of "loo paper" sure give a lovely deep impression from your embossing folder. I have never heard of that before. Crafters are ingenius and find the most interesting things to use on their cards. :) This is so pretty with all the beautiful white space and the touches of bright orange. Great job Maxine! xx
Lovely & bright.
Thank you so much for entering our ATG challenge at Through The Craft Room Door this week. Looking forward to see you again next challenge.

Wow Maxine, what a cool technique! Love the pops of orange in your background and those embossed butterflies are the cherry on top! Awesome! hugs :)
Lovely embossed design, Maxine. Of course, orange is one of my favorite colors!
Beautiful background! And the subtile use of colour looks so good! Enjoy your sunday!
Love the embossing, so deep and clear.
Thanks for joining in at Cards und More. :)
This is so tropical and exotic, Maxine. The embossing folder matches the nestie with the sentiment on it.
Happy crafting,
Monica

Wow! Such a creative card. I've never heard of this technique suing Loo paper for your design. You should do a tutorial on it. Great job.
Haha..still playing with Toilet paper and still nailing the technique I must say! Amazing card...saw it over at Insta...had to come over to take a closer look! :) :)

Love all the texture and dimension on this! Who knew TP could look this good?!
Popped across from Loll's blog just to say I changed from google+ yesterday back to the old blogger. I had no problems at all and lost nothing but..I have of course lost my google+ followers...but I am happier with not being a no reply blogger ... I have been meaning to do this for some time and glad of the nudge from Loll x I can always change back at a later date!!! Kind regards x
I love that folder and what you made with it is gorgeous Maxine! Happy new week!

I love the embossing Maxine. Your card is awesome!
The paper is just perfect for embossing. Lovely card.
Oh this color is amazing, Maxine. I always LOVE seeing your sweet cards. Thank you for sharing your talents, your stamping especially inspires me. I tried a new technique and posted a card on my blog today trying my hand at creating a texture background using Heavy Gesso. It was a lot of fun. I hope you will take a peek.
Have a blessed day, Maxine!
