Welcome
I am so glad you continue to visit me.
This card was made for a young woman who is best described as minimalist, so I needed a fairly simple "unfussy" card, yet I wanted it feminine.
I started with some paint chips, which I cut apart, as I didn't want the white strips between them and the colour names showing, and then held them together with removable tape while I randomly stamped flowers over them and then gold embossed the images.
(Be warned, paint chips can bubble when heated!!)
I then separated the chips again and mounted them over the layer of lace on the gray card base.
The sentiment was stamped directly onto the base and gold embossed - quite a simple card, but I was really quite happy with it.

What a brilliant idea the paint chips are - such lovely soft tones. Thanks for the warning on paint bubbling - I would never have thought of it happening. Love the chips against the lace and the sentiment down the side finishes it off to perfection.
Blessings, Neet xx
