Welcome
I am sharing a simple sympathy card I have made.
The patterned paper is from a RAK, the feathers a Couture Creation die cut, embossed and sponged with gold ink.
The base of the feathers had a wee gold bow added.
The sentiment was embossed with gold, and the edges faux stitched with piercing and a gold pen.
A simple card for a solemn occasion

This feather die is gorgeous and I love what you have done with it. It is a perfect sympathy card. Elegant, graceful and very calming.
I have such a hard time making sympathy cards so I've decided I have to do them ahead of time instead of when I need them. Of course, having said that, it's still brutal when we have to make them.
This is beautiful, Maxine! I love the green patterned paper and those awesome feathers! The gold inking is the perfect touch.
This is beautiful Maxine. I love the feathers and the pretty little bow.

Maxine, Simply beautiful. Love these feathers, and would never have thought to use on a sympathy card, but it's wonderful. Very soothing and lots of symbolism too. Loved the way you did the gold edging and your faux stitching is marvelous! Great card and perfect for a sad occasion as well. TFS & Hugs
