Gears and Gold

Welcome

I had fun the other day with more modelling paste and a stencil, and once that was dry, some watercolour paints, inks and finally some gold inca paste.

Loved the wonderful textured result, and the sheen from the gold paste.

The sentiment from Hero Arts was stamped onto white card, the card was shaped, and then mounted onto red card shaped to match, and a red rivet hammered in to hang it from the bakers twine.

The panel was then mounted on some paper from a Kaiser Craft 6x6 pad called Class Act - I sponged the edges with Tea Dye DI.

The final details were some gold brads top and bottom before all was mounted on a red card base.

Maxine, the color on the dried paste is so realistic looking. The gold gives it the touch class. Thank you so much for entering our AG family friendly challenge this week. Remember, you can enter up to five times. We enjoy seeing your creations.

Aw, this is just a super fun look. That gold paste is so nifty, and love the embossed gears too. The b&w check dp was the perfect look behind all this texture & color too. Very graphic and quite a guy card too. TFS & Happy Friday. Hugs
