Just a quick note, done from my phone, to say that my computer and I have parted company as it was not behaving ! It is currently awaiting the ministrations of my very generous, but busy, son in law.
I do have a possible 'loan' of an older machine, but there are unexpected issues with that too!
I will be back blogging as soon as I can.

I'm not sure what mobile you have but I actually do all my blog posts on both blogs on my mobile.
I've an android which helps. S6. Apple not as good.. Google conflict.
Secondly I write whole post in Chrome. Then add photos which I've reduced at end to make it easier.
You can reduce by sending the photos to your self then save reduced image and upload.
Havent used computer for blog post or commenting for over six months or more now.
I don't have blogger app just use chrome. Can write post on iPad then add photos on phone. Its the adding of images at end that is key to it behaving. Do all linking as I go.
In case that helps.
Also do Insta and FB on mobile or iPad. Never on computer rarely use it these days ..
