This card was made for a sweet wee girl turning three.
I ended up using a decoupage magazine kit for this card, and enjoyed assembling it.
I then added my own touches to complete the card
I changed it from a square card to oblong, and layered up the patterned paper onto silver and then a dark blue base card, and added the sentiment and digit.
This shows some of the dimension achieved with the layers
I also lavished Wink of Stella on all the flowers (including the one in her hair)
The sentiment was another magazine freebie, which I silver embossed onto the dark blue card of the base, and then layered over some more of the sparkle silver card
The digit was similarly offset over the silver.
The inside was finished with a strip of glitter tape.

What a sweet birthday card, I bet the young lady loved it! I like your layering, and those shimmering accents are a perfect to bling up any project. OMGosh, this card is darling Maxine! The image is so sweet, loving that this little one is barefooted, too cute, too sweet! She is colored so beautifully, love the sparkles on the flowers and "3". Such a pretty little girl and so appropriate for a little one who has just turned three. I am sure she loved her card and her mummy was delighted with it.
