Welcome, I am so glad you have visited.
And an extra welcome to Gail Jean, my newest follower.
Gail, if you have a blog I would love to be able to follow you back.
I was sorting my desk the other day, and came across two pieces - this one where I had stamped with DO inks on an acrylic block onto water colour paper. This was the first print I took.
And this die cut, that was plain white and rather boring
I trimmed the print, and placed it to the left of a piece of cream linen textured card, rounding the right hand corners on both layers
To enliven the die cut, I covered it with Versamark ink, and then a layer of perfect pearl Perfect pearls, which gave it an incredible lustre.
I finished it with an sentiment embossed with Cranberry EP, (which is 20 years old and still going strong), on yellow cardstock, trimmed to a fishtail on the left end of the panel. To that I added a die cut dragonfly which I had cut from a purple sparkle card.
I finished the inside with some glitter Washi in a matching pink tone.

Stunning! Thank you for your participating in this challenge! Hugs from DT-Irre
Love your background colors- and the beautiful die! Wonderful!
Isn't it wonderful when you find something that just gives something else that lift that it needs. I love how the background you had worked with the diecut. Then you added extra lustre to it - bet it was stunning in real life with that extra vroom. Not that it isn't now I must add.
Blessings, Neet xx
Great creation! Love this the card!! Thanks for playing with us at Throught the Purple Haze! Claudia Martins - DT/coordinator
