Welcome
And a very warm welcome to Mrs H of Mrs H's Crafty Corner,
and Jo of Tales From The Craft Room.
Please pop over and say hello - they have some beautiful work on their blogs.
I made this card for a special couple, she loves blue, and he loves fishing, so I couldn't really go wrong with the colour scheme
On the all the panels I used papers from the Kaisercraft Starburst Collection, and sponged the edges with chipped Saphire DI
The wee hearts on the front panel were die cut from glitter card, one layered over the other, and a sliver pen used to outline them to give some definition
The second panel had the (magazine freebie) sentiment embossed in solver
The final panel was completed with some toppers from the pad - the circular one can be lifted to reveal the full sentiment, although it is attached with a wee dot of glue to hold it is position.
The bakers Twine has a silver thread through it for a final touch of elegance

This is such a beautiful card Maxine, I am loving the silvery blue colors you used. Those sweet hearts are so pretty all glittery and outlined. I've not made this type of card, but they sure are fun to see and I'm sure it was fun to make. Hugs, Brenda
