A Lady Bug, Flowers and Embossing

Welcome

This is my second post for today.
CCC Digi Challenge has a new challenge up - Flowers and Embossing.

I used an image from our sponsors, Bugaboo, and painted it with Twinkling H2O's.

This was mounted on a red base, and then over an embossed white panel.

The sentiment was heat embossed one white card, and also mounted over  red, and tucked next to the floral panel.

The final detail was the ribbon, and although it was one sided I managed to get the spots showing on all the exposed (important) sides!

I enjoyed making this card and am pleased with the outcome.

May your day be blessed.

How lovely, Maxine! I love all the glitter and the rich primary colors - like a walk in the garden! The pop of red with the ribbon is splendid and of course, your trademark embossing - love this :)

Gorgeous Maxine. You should enter it into our challenge at Die Cut Divas... our sponsor is Bugaboo as well and the theme is buttons and/or bows.

Gorgeous card, really lovely but you do need to use a rubber or clear stamp to be in with a chance of the prize at Vintage Stamping Challenges,

Yes, Maxine, tomorrow you can send me some of your cool weather. It's supposed to be Hot and Humid my way. You may keep the snow though...smile, We had more than enough of that this past winter.

Hi Maxine, what a delightfully cheerful card! I love the image and I think the Twinkling H2Os add a marvelous and subtle shimmer. I love polka dots a lot and so your embossing and the ribbon made me smile. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us at Opus Gluei, how fun it is to see where our themes take participants!
