Napkin Rose

Welcome

This card was made using a paper napkin - love how it came out!
I glued the napkin to some card, using some gel medium, folding the edges over the card for a neater finish.

To make the card I gold heat embossed a two strips of diagonal stripes onto a snippet of white card, I then trimmed them to join them with minimal disruption to the pattern, as the stamp did not do this.

I used Wink of Stella on the rose to draw the eye to it and add some class...

added a pearl bling swirl below the rose to take the eye to the

gold embossed and double mounted sentiment.

The outer two corners of the pink base card were rounded to finish.

So pretty Maxine. The napkin is amazing and you can't even tell where you joined your gold stripe. The stripe really adds to the card too.

Yup totally agree Maxine, came out beautifully, something about roses pink and green with gold that's pleasing to eye.
Thanks for being a blessing, and may God bless you too.

This must be my fave card from you so far, Maxine. Just love the dreamy rose and all that you have done on in and around. The embossing on the left was what I thought to be a washi tape. Super job! You seem to be the queen of embossing - you do with such ease and grace. Love it all.
