I needed a card in a hurry, and also wanted to use this NBUS cover die ..
(I cannot access it to give the brand at this point - will add it tomorrow)
The background is a piece from a calendar page
The centre was solid, so I added a piece of lace, and then a red oval diecut with the white embossed sentiment on (from a Rare Earth magazine freebie set). A few pale blue flat back pearls completed the the card front, which was mounted on a red base.
I finished the inside with a trimming from the calendar piece

Ive never seen a cover die before. What a great idea and what a useful die to have in your stash. You can do a lot with a background behind it.
Love the way you got around the solid centrepiece.
A lovely card, can be great for male or female and any age.
