I wanted to use this Wild Daisies Stamp by Picket Fence. it is a large stamp, much larger than the A4 cards I generally make, so I stamped it 'off the edge' for this card, and heat embossed it with silver onto a piece of card I had pounced onto wet, surplus inks on my work surface
There were a few 'oops' while colouring this, hence the butterfly embellishments... they were punched from glitter tape adhered to card, to match the glitter boarder across the bottom of the card
I also used the same tape inside the card.

Absolutely gorgeous!!! This is certainly a stunning card x xx
Embossing that image with the silver and then the pretty coloring just makes it have such a dream like quality. Gorgeous card Maxine!

It looks lovely with the silver EP onto the inky background Maxine. I don't use my EP'a as much as I should.

Off the edge is such a good technique. that is a very impressive stamp, I love daisies. I also like the way you have added colour and that soft blue background. Great rescue with the butterflies too xx
Such a pretty card. Love the embossing. Thanks for playing along with us at PIP Challenges.
Great Heat embossing on this pretty card!

I love the embossing and those pretty butterflies on this beautiful card. Love you did the stamp off the edge, a lovely effect, and the background is lovely too.

WOW! The embossed flowers look awesome with the lightly brushed color. Great technique, Maxine. Your card looks amazing!
I love a bit of glitter and who would know about the butterflies? Together with the silver embossing it's a beautiful make. Thank you for sharing with us at Allsorts.
Wow! I love this artsy card Maxine! That image is so pretty and I love how you stamped it off the edge. The colors are so pretty, you did a great job with getting them where you wanted them. Love how this whole card looks! I love how we can hide boo boo's, one would never know you had an "oopsie" as the butterflies are a great addition to the card! Hugs, Brenda
I say stamping at the edge is PERFECTION dear Maxime! I love the offset style, very classy! And the different colors of the flowers makes it so alive! Hope all is well there in NZ! It's getting warmer and warmer here in Spain so Im sure its very cold out there.
Oh the silver embossing is so elegant! And love the pop of glittery butterflies! Thanks so much for joining our challenge at Little Bit of Rainbow!
This shows that you can always make something that is special even if you have some 'oeps'-moments... Hugs, Gerrina
Such a lovely dreamy effect using inks over the embossing powder!

The combination of the embossing and the colouring is so effective, it absolutely shines. I love the addition of the tinyk butterflies and the sentiment stamp is in beautiful script. I love how it uses two different ones.
Blessings, neet xx
